Key Responsibilities of the Executive AssistantExecutive Support (President)Efficiently compose and manage correspondence, including dictation and client contract documents.
Handle diverse tasks, from banking and travel arrangements to property management and insurance coordination.
Track tenant rents, oversee leasing processes, and manage financial transactions.
The Executive Assistant will coordinate executive travel, ensuring seamless logistics.
Office ManagementProcure and maintain office equipment, overseeing repairs and managing vendor relationships.
Supervise receptionists and administrative staff, conducting hiring processes when needed.
The Executive Assistant will organize office events and manage vendor evaluations.
Human ResourcesFacilitate new employee onboarding, manage benefit administration, and maintain meticulous records.
Process bi-weekly payroll, revise office policies, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
The Executive Assistant will handle exit interviews, COBRA administration, and 401(K) compliance reports.
Qualifications of the Executive AssistantProven experience in an Executive Assistant role, office management, and human resources.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
