Regional recruiters must ensure that the organization's recruitment process complies with government regulations on employment.
They are required to work closely with the upper management and hiring managers in developing a recruitment plan and creating job descriptions.
They must manage the overall recruitment process as well as conduct training on behavioral interviewing.
Regional recruiters must also maintain documentation and feedback for program changes and modifications to the recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAJOR DUTIES:
Manage EEO compliance and administration of the hiring process.
Manage candidate activity and provide consistent documentation using an applicant tracking system.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers including post-interview calibration/feedback with interview teams.
Source candidates through job boards, advertisements, existing contacts, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Exhibit knowledge of online hiring practices, behavioral interviewing, and assessment techniques using the iCIMS talent platform.
Administer the established internal/external ATS job posting process.
Prepare and track recruiting metrics and diversity hiring initiatives.
Source and utilize various organizations and community groups to increase diversity in applicant pools.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High school diploma required.
At least two-three years of permanent placement/direct-hire recruitment experience, healthcare background preferred.
Focus on improving retention and recruiting needs per region.
Passion for leadership and commitment to self-growth Organized, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work remotely/independently.
Strong computer skills, with familiarity with iCIMS or comparable applicant tracking system preferred.
