CFS has partnered with a large general contractor located in Boston in their search for a Bookkeeper.
This full-time position reports directly to the President.

Primary Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
Track commercial / residential tenant rents and maintain record in ERP systemTrack security deposits and return as necessaryTrack all invoices for payment (personal, properties, condo fees) prepare all checks for signature.
Create and maintain files pertaining to trusts, properties, leases etc.
Enter all trust accounts payable and receivable in ERP System.
Monthly balancing of trust account bank statements, reconciling statements within ERP System and preparation of reports for President's review.
Log weekly expenditure on credit cardsAd Hoc projects as assigned.
