High school Diploma or College Degree requiredChildcare, healthcare, or mental health experience required.
Psychology education strongly preferred! Responsibilities:
Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapyCollect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and submit documentation in a timely mannerConduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapyAbility to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations with diplomacy Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidanceWork Environment & Physical RequirementsEmployee must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
