00 an hour We Hire New-Grads!! A registered nurse provides and holds ultimate responsibility for nursing care to patients and their families in a variety of settings.
These responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for a complex patient population.
The incumbent attends to the full range of human experiences and responses to health and illness, without restriction, to a problem-focus orientation; integrates objective data with knowledge gained from an understanding of the patients or group's subjective experiences; applies scientific knowledge to the process of diagnosis and treatment; provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing; adheres to the Board of Registration in Nursing rules and regulations, ANA scope and standards of pediatric nursing, the ANA code of ethics for nursing and other regulatory stipulations.
In collaboration with the nurse manager/director, assists in the coordination of patient care services for area(s) of responsibility.

Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through graduation from an approved school of professional nursing and current license as a registered nurse as described in the next section.
A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Work requires the analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories and concepts and in-depth, cross-functional experienced-based knowledge.
Prior experience is not required.
Work requires communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, or well-developed writing skills Job Type:
