Highlights of the work
Analyze and present behaviors of consumers who visit the site
Use analyses to make recommendations on ways to improve website and consumer experience
Drive change based on data and analysis
Coordinate tags, tracking parameter implementations
Develop and implement various A/B tests
Enable ?test and learn? strategies and drive learnings from outcomes, be it both positive and negative ones


The ideal candidate
5
years of working with analysis tools (like Adobe Site Catalyst and Google Analytics) and advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and MVT testing, competitive analysis, surveys or customer experience tools
Superior analytic skills
Problem solver
Possesses the confidence to present recommendations to senior leaders and influence outcomes
Has a constant focus on making the customer experience better and better
Can set up hypothesis tests and interpret results
Collaborates cross-functionally
Prioritizes and manages many initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
Bachelor's degree; Master?s a bonus
Bonus- ability to write SQL queries and knowledge of paid and/or organic search

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
