Here, you'll be the heart and soul of how work flows through the agency, and be involved in other agency processes from digital media to client contact and day to day account management needs. It's all about how much you're willing and want to do. In a smaller agency environment, you will have huge impact on the growth and success of the agency as a whole.

Integrated agency background with a strong focus on digital
Develop and manage project timelines and budget
Attend client meetings and work directly with clients to facilitate projects; proactively nurture client relationship on a daily basis
Facilitate team and status meetings and partner with internal teams spanning creative and account services to ensure expectations and deliverable are met
Manage a small team of external freelancers
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
