SRB - Administrative Assistant, FT

Summary
Provide administrative support to Administration Department. Primary payroll timekeeper for a variety of work groups. Will work with purchase orders. Additional assignments may include preparing a variety of computer reports, entering data into various programs. Respond to telephone inquiries, set-up office systems, schedule appointments, meetings and prepare associated information and equipment. Deliver requested information utilizing excellent customer service and communications skills.

Minimum 2 years prior administrative /office support exp. Kronos timekeeping exp a plus.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
