Senior Recruiter

In a constantly evolving global marketplace, we invite the dialogue that advances management through the creation of a multifaceted range of materials, including books, articles, case studies, video content, and digital tools.  Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Staffing, the Senior Recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting for specified FTE roles within the organization. This includes screening and interviewing candidates, posting open positions, managing relationships with staffing agency partners, and maintaining up to date applicant and interview data in our applicant tracking system, Job Science. The Senior Recruiter will join a close-knit and highly regarded team of HR professionals. This role will call on a wide range of recruiting-related skills and provide the opportunity to refine and grow your overall HR expertise.  Key Responsibilities:  o Partner with hiring managers to effectively manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions  o Work with hiring managers to fully understand position requirements and develop sourcing and recruiting plans based on those requirements  o Conduct initial telephone interviews to assess qualifications of identified candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers for next  steps based on these interviews  o Make and negotiate formal offers; conduct reference checks  o Keep hiring managers and active candidates up to date on status of recruiting through regular communication  o Manage staffing vendors as necessary  o Track recruiting progress via Weekly Recruiting Report; update manager as necessary  o Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates; use professional and social networking  sites to identify and source potential candidates  o Regularly check Referrals Inbox and acknowledge employee referrals  o Participate in and contribute to ad hoc projects  Requirements:  o Bachelor degree  o Minimum of five years' recruiting experience in a corporate setting, staffing firm or combination  o Excellent written and verbal communications skills  o Demonstrated understanding of full lifecycle recruiting process  o Proficiency with computers, software applications and applicant tracking systems  o Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple demands, strong service orientation, and consultative approach  o Prior experience recruiting in international markets highly desirable JO-1811-1351

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
